Although SE-FDL is still current on the register, no owner/operator information has been made publicly available since the introduction of GDPR legislation May, 2018. But as this aircraft's CofA expired 19920331, it is unlikely that there will be a great deal to update, Arnold.
For some inexplicable reason, no credit is attributed to the author of the history of SE-FDL to which you refer, As is the case with most of the histories here on the forum, it was originally authored by aviation historian, Lars Lundin, who unfortunately is no longer with us.
