Sir,
My name is Shin'ichi Togashi, a Japanese,I am currently join the member of your circle.
I am very interest in avation history itself as a modelers point of view.
I hate any bias to my hobby, I hate to look,as militant or nationalist.
My purely joy is to know well the aircraft, its history and moderise the kit.
Now I am very interest in your aviation history, currently Helicopter fleet.
Your Helicopter fleet documented well comared with our SDF who are not ardent to adressing
open public so the chance to look their fleet very limited for avarage nationals, and to concern
with it without some bias impossible.
My only desire enjoy aviation history and aircraft without any bias.
So I choose your country to my concern, no our nationals have no interest other than Draken, Viggen and Grippen.
Now I am collecting data of Hkp.10 to convert Italeri kit .
I need lot of information, could anyone help me?
Best Regards,
Shin'ichi Togashi

Dear Erasmus,
Here are some suggestions for finding information on the Super Puma helicopters in Swedish service:
http://www.avrosys.nu/aircraft/Heli/510HKP10.htm
http://www.nordicrotors.com/eng_index.html and particularly
http://www.nordicrotors.com/hkpflj_hkp10.html
http://www.flygplansmodeller.se/product ... ucts_id=42
I understand that the helicopter has appeared in different markings and with also varying details and modifications (like air inlets or exhausts for engines), but I know very little of this.
I tried to find something from the IPMS Stockholm pages but I had not much success. I saw that also you had attempted to find something there. What can be seen on
http://www.ipmsstockholm.net/forum/sv/a ... l&expand=1 is difficult for me to interpret but it seems much of the text is concerned with various modifications to the HKP 10 with the passage of time as well as with differences between plastic kit manufacturers.
Good luck!

P S. I found in my computer the two pictures below which I received from Leif Bergqvist a couple of years ago. I do not think he objects to me showing them. I do not know Leif personally, but I know we at least share the experience of having piloted
SE-TCK and knowing Kjell B,

Dear Shin'ichi,
I am neither a helicopter pilot, nor a builder of scale models, but I am familiar with finding interesting websites. Let us hope that this forum is visited by some with knowledge of HKP 10 who could give better information. It was a long time since helicopters were discussed here as far as I remember.
I see that on the IPMS Stockholm forum, the Swedish language version, the HKP 10 interior was recently discussed
here, and a person says he is able to assist with pictures. You may try to contact him. I will send details in an e-mail to you.
I yesterday found these pictures on the web:
http://www.aircraftresourcecenter.com/A ... alk213.htm I see the information is pretty old, sadly there has been one more very severe Super Puma crash and I think another complete hull loss.
My best regards,
Lars
