As we all know the English are a bit eccentric. But I feel that those who are unconventional also have a lot of fun. I do. I may be wrong, but as I do not think there are piers in Sweden suitable for these kinds of exercises. Perhaps Tranebergsbron could offer an alternative. And now I hear those who do not live in Stockholm cry ‘Why should everything happen in Stockholm?’

Says Erik, who has to bugger off now to catch his flight. And I will try to be attentive, God help me, when I get that ‘Ladies and Gentlemen, your life jackets are stored … and in the unlikely event that the cabin pressure is lost….’ This is when I think of the likely event of my luggage getting lost and I loose my concentration.
