AJSF 37 - 37950
Postat: 26 apr 2011, 18:01
Jag har fått följande fråga om AJSF 37 F21-48 serial number 37950 och från en utländsk SFF medlem. Frågeställaren är mycket tacksam för svar på hans frågor:
Could you tel me something about special markings of this Saab AJSF 37 F21-48 serial number 37950? Please help me to translate motto “Akktu Stakki” and get additional information about Wollf’s head placed on the tail-fin. I have seen wolf's head on the badge of 1.div/F21 but it had absolutely another style. Any
information would be appreciated.
This aircraft was the first SF 37 prototype (built on the AJ 37 airframe with serial 37033). After series of evolution tests (aircraft carried FC-95 code) it was delivered to F 13 in 1979 and before the end of its flight carrier aircraft used in F 10 and F 21 Wings (codes 13-10, 10-10, 21-48). To mark the retirement in April 2005 aircraft received special markings. Do you have any information about this aircraft after retirement? I think it was saved but couldn't find any mention about it.

Tacksam för hjälp, svar gärna på engelska, men svenska är också ok.
