The following add'l information I received from Nick Wiegersma in April 2022:
'This aircraft crashed on 25-07-1967 in the Phou Pha Bon Mountains Laos, enroute from Vientiane to Luang Prabang killing all 16 occupants.
Aircraft was operated by Véha- Akat Airlines as XW-PDL on lease from China Airlines. The wreck was discovered on 28-10-1967.
This aircraft was registered as B-112 while flying in Taiwan.
Information obtained from the Laos air crash investigation as published in ICAO Circular 96-AN/97.'
